Principle

Looper scannerIt is used in the metallurgical production to scan the dynamic position of the red hot workpiece. The optical system of the loop scanner directly images the radiation of the measured object on the CCD sensor, and detects the position of the object in the area and the image position of the sensor. Corresponding, linear relationship, processed into an analog signal corresponding to the position of the object by conversion. The output after entering the field of view of the scanner has an in-position switching signal (level or contact) and a current or voltage analog signal.
