Principle

Beetle scanner is applied to the detection of the dynamic position of the red hot workpiece in the metallurgical production. The optical system of the looper scanner directly images the radiation of the object to be detected on the CCD sensor. The position of the object in the area is in a linear relationship with the image position of the sensor, and is converted into an analog signal corresponding to the position of the object by conversion. The output after entering the field of view of the scanner has an in-position switching signal (level or contact) and a current or voltage analog signal.
