SRJ4500 Scanning hot metal detector

We have developed and produced more than ten series of detectors, including loop scanners, hot metal detectors, displacement detectors, infrared thermometers, laser rangefinders, etc., which can directly replace foreign products.

A rotating multifaceted mirror scans the detection area. As soon as the hot metal product reaches the detection area, the photoelectric element of the detector receives the light emitted by the hot metal. The photoelectric element outputs electrical signals to determine the position state of the hot metal.

Operating principle

Feature

SRJ type detector is a scanning hot metal sensor, which is very sensitive to infrared radiation emitted by hot metal products.

● The laser sight is used to facilitate the installation and orientation adjustment of the detector.

● Reliable detection in the case of vertical jumper.

● Due to the small horizontal Angle of view, the detection is more accurate.

● Because of the small instantaneous scanning Angle, it can be stably detected in situations such as water vapor and smoke.

● For rolling production lines with iron oxide and water vapor, suitable infrared sensors are selected to reliably detect workpieces above 180 ℃.

● It can replace DELTA's DC4500.DC3000.DC2000 series and other hot metal detectors with a variety of display interfaces.
