SWD3 Integrated weld hole detector
We have developed and produced more than ten series of detectors, including loop scanners, hot metal detectors, displacement detectors, infrared thermometers, laser rangefinders, etc., which can directly replace foreign products.
The weld detector is composed of transmitting and receiving parts, and the strip passes between the transmitter and the receiver. The transmitter emits infrared light. When the hole near the weld does not reach the detection area, the beam is blocked by the steel plate, and the receiver has no signal. When the hole near the weld passes through the detection area, the light is transmitted to the receiver through the hole, and the receiver outputs a switching signal.
Operating principle
