Bar automatic counting system

Application
Bar online automatic counting system is a new bar measuring device which uses the international advanced machine vision technology to detect the bar end face, identify, track and count the bar by collecting image information, and guide the field operator to accurately separate the steel.
Feature
1）On-line automatic bar count, set the number, can directly count the multi-layer stacked bar on the production line 。
2）Easy installation and debugging, does not affect normal production.
3）High efficiency: 20%~30% higher than the traditional manual counting method.
4）High accuracy: bar counting error rate of Φ14 or above is ≦0.01%, bar counting error rate of Φ14 or below is ≦0.02%.
5）Independent automatic counting, set the number, no need to transform the production equipment first, easy to install and debug.
6）The number of each bundle can be set according to the batch number and specification.
Technical parameters
Diameter: Φ12~40mm
Allowable deposit thickness of rebar: ≤70mm
The allowable steel running speed can be increased to ≤500mm/s
Automatic steel dividing bale period ≤15s
High accuracy: bar counting error rate of Φ14 or above is ≦0.01%, bar counting error rate of Φ14 or below is ≦0.02%.
