FT300 Diffuse Reflection Grating
We have developed and produced more than ten series of detectors, including loop scanners, hot metal detectors, displacement detectors, infrared thermometers, laser rangefinders, etc., which can directly replace foreign products.

Working Principle
This grating uses the time of flight of light for detection. Changzhou Dongsheng adopts this technology, providing a new solution for workpiece positioning detection in the harsh environment of the steel industry. This product is suitable for low reflectivity targets and high-temperature targets, and compared to laser technology, it is suitable for a wider range of operating temperature environments. By using time of flight technology, this sensor can reliably detect the positioning of targets without being affected by background targets.
Features
Detection Distance: For black surfaces (10% reflectivity), reliable detection from 0.1m to 10m.
Target Temperature: No lower limit for low temperatures, up to 1100℃.
Response Time: Default factory setting is 10ms (factory preset from 2ms to 100ms).
Output signal when a target is detected: Optional 2-channel level output (S & /S) or relay output; 1 alarm output.
Convenient sensor settings: Detection range selection.
Visible laser aiming indicator (class 2).
Equipped with a water cooling system and air purge device.
