Operating principle

When the object to be measured blocks the light source emitted by the detector, the detector outputs the switching quantity

 

Feature

Cold metal detector (LJJ series) is mainly used in metallurgical systems, on-line detection of the object to be measured (opaque).

Cold metal detectors can be divided into two categories according to the different emission sources: red light type and infrared light type.

According to different detection methods, it can be divided into: Transmit and receive type, reflection type and self-reflection type three.

 

Technical parameters

Operating voltage: AC24V or 220V

Detection distance: red light 12m, infrared light 25m

Minimum detection object diameter: Φ20mm

Ambient temperature: -25℃~65℃, -25℃-130℃ (with water cooling)

Response time: Relay 20ms, voltage, electrical contact 2ms
