RCS bar counting separation steel system

RCS bar counting and steel division system is an automatic system based on machine vision technology, which can quickly identify and track the bar through the area and shape of the bar end face, and can correct the error. It can realize the functions of automatic flat drag loading, automatic counting, automatic steel division, automatic steel drop, automatic slotting, etc., so that the whole chain bed is completely automatic control.

1）Bar specification range: Φ10mm-Φ40mm
2）Counting error: ≤ ±0.1‰
3）With automatic error correction function, the system automatically identifies the position of the steel head, and automatically re-divides the steel if it is wrong
4）Chain type: toothed chain or 8-word chain
5）Bar head protruding counting chain: 450mm
6）Protruding indentation after bar collision: ≤ 100mm
7）The chain is frequency conversion control, and the chain can run smoothly at 0.5m/S and 0.2mm/S speed
8）Power supply voltage: AC22 0V 20A
9）Compressed air: clean compressed air or nitrogen, pressure 0.5MPa±0.05MPa
