Overview

DSG-FL high temperature industrial TV, according to the installation mode of internal and external viewing type (furnace wall type), is designed for the industrial furnace internal video monitoring and production of high-tech products, it sets optical, electromechanical, electrical in one.In normal operation, the endoscope camera probe passes through the high temperature furnace wall and transmits internal images online in real time through high-definition analog or digital cameras, thus providing security for production.In order to adapt to different viewing angles, the endoscope camera probe is designed into two categories: direct view and direct view. The direct view type is suitable for observing objects directly in front。The whole device adopts water or compressed air cooling system, the camera probe can be extended into the furnace 400mm-4000mm, in the case of normal water or compressed air pressure can work in the furnace below 2000℃ for a long time, when the water or compressed air pressure is lower than the set value or the camera probe exceeds the set temperature, the protection device starts, the camera probe automatically withdrawn from the furnace. Close the furnace door at the same time.
