Hot metal detector
The infrared radiation of the hot workpiece is collected by the glass lens of the hot metal detector and received by the optoelectronic device. If the energy exceeds the lowest set value of the optoelectronic device, the detector outputs a switching amount.
The hot metal detector is mainly used in metallurgical production to play the role of detecting the position of the red hot billet, and the detector outputs the in-position control signal.
