Principle

The A100 type area sensor adopts a new type of semiconductor infrared light emitting source, and outputs 10KHz infrared light in the gap. It is synchronously scanned by the receiver, received by 16 photosensitive tubes, and processed by amplification, filtering, etc., and outputs a switching signal.

Characteristics

1: The line and bar finishing area, because the rolling stock is large, it is easy to get out of the detector field of view, so the general instrument can not be reliably detected. The A100 area sensor detects objects of different shapes. The detection distance is 2m, the field of view height is 100mm, and the minimum detection object is Φ10mm.

2: The A100 area sensor is an emerging sensor with good optical characteristics, micro-processing control, and easy installation and debugging. Optical synchronization between the transmitter and receiver makes it easy to install in special occasions.
